KRONATRIX operates this author-services website. Privacy enquiries can be sent to kronatrix.ai@gmail.com.
Qualification enquiries
The qualification form asks only for your email address. The service you selected is recorded with the form so KRONATRIX knows which service you are enquiring about. KRONATRIX uses this information to review the enquiry, contact you about suitability and explain relevant next steps.
The form is processed through Formspree. This means the information you submit is transmitted through Formspree's form-processing infrastructure so it can reach KRONATRIX.
Website analytics and cookies
This public version of the website does not load Google Analytics and does not display an analytics consent pop-up. KRONATRIX currently relies on privacy-preserving server/platform reporting such as Google Search Console for search impressions and clicks, together with enquiry submissions, to assess performance.
Essential browser storage may still be used for basic website functionality, such as remembering which service you selected during the current session. It is not used for advertising.
What KRONATRIX does not do with enquiry data
- KRONATRIX does not send the email address entered in the qualification form to an advertising or analytics platform.
- KRONATRIX does not sell qualification enquiry data to advertisers.
- KRONATRIX does not ask for passwords, payment-card details or manuscript files in the initial qualification form.
How long information is kept
Enquiry information is kept for as long as reasonably needed to respond to the enquiry, manage any resulting client relationship, maintain appropriate business records, or meet applicable legal obligations. Information that is no longer needed should be deleted or anonymised where appropriate.
